Taos is a SAGA throwback. We’re heading to the Land of Enchantment on January 30 through February 3 with an optional extension to Santa Fe, February 3-4.

4 NIGHTS LODGING.
MONDAY, JANUARY 30 TO FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3.

$750. per person

Lift tickets not included, but check your IKON pass for Taos skiing included.

In Taos we’re staying right at the base in Taos Ski Valley’s nicest condos at Edelweiss Lodge & Spa. Ski valets, masseurs, cozy bar, paneled locker room—you get the idea. Add to that the famed powder at this resort with one of North America’s highest base elevations (over 9000 ft). And they’ve pushed their vertical past 3000 feet by adding a lift up previously hike-to Kachina Peak. Join me for sausages at The Bavarian (popular lunch venue)! Then after we’ve worn out our legs, let’s repair to a lovely inn and cantina in Santa Fe for Saturday night and Sunday buffet and poking around in a town with unique Southwestern ambiance. Enchanting! Just join this trip!

To get there fastest and probably cheapest, check out TAOS AIR for nonstop jets from Hawthorne (near LAX) to Taos Airport, and ask for the free van transfer to Taos Ski Valley. Also, they offer free 4-day rental skis as an extra benefit.
