Saga is proposing revised bylaws that reflects how the club has evolved and operates. Our current bylaws were last updated in 2001 and never envisioned that we could do our business in a virtual space and would have members outside of our geographic area. The proposed bylaws maintain our strong organizational structure, but provides the flexibility needed to operate in our digital world.
